Ability to auto-rotate payment gateways being used for campaign

Do you need the ability to auto-rotate the payment gateways being used on the campaign to mitigate risk with the payment gateways?

This would allow the vendor to charge a set amount of customers on one gateway connected to the campaign, then switch to process a new set of customers on another gateway.
