Control and edit Billing Portal emails

For vendors using the PayKickstart customer billing portal, the email that is sent to the customer to access the portal is currently an internal email that cannot be edited.

This new feature update would allow vendors to edit the email notification for the customer billing portal like they can edit the other emails in their vendor account.
