Disable on sale emails for sub-users/partners

Option to disable on sale email sent to sub-users/partners who have "write" permissions for transactions related to a campaign.

This setting can be found in the campaign settings under Vendor notifications.

• If the vendor has sub-users for the campaign, then the option will be present.

• If the vendor has partners for the campaign, then the option will be present

This sub-user and partner notification will be disabled by default.
