Fixed Discount Coupons not applying with automatic currency conversion

As a vendor, I've observed that fixed discount coupons only apply the discount in USD. When PayKickstart automatically changes the currency on the checkout page to the customer's local currency, the coupon does not have any effect unless the customer manually switches back to USD. I want coupons to apply correctly regardless of the currency automatically converted on the checkout page.
