Set affiliate commission % for First charge (after trial)

PayKickstart vendors can now set a specific affiliate commission percentage for the first billing transaction after a trial period if needed.

This is a handy feature if you offer trials for a product but only want to pay affiliates for the actual subscription billing 1st charge.
