Use campaign settings Support URL with platform logo on affiliate request pages

Affiliate request pages currently use the vendors platform logo, if they have added a logo in the platform settings: https://app.paykickstart.com/admin/platform-settings

This logo will now link to the support web page URL used in campaign settings if a URL is set.

If there is no support URL the logo will not be clickable.
