Vendor Notification: Customer Subscription canceled

PayKickstart vendors are now able to enable/disable and edit the content of a new cancellation email notification sent to vendors if a customer's subscription is canceled.

This new vendor notifications provides an additional alert for vendors that a customer has canceled a subscription so the vendor can follow up with the canceled customer if they would like.
